1. Order Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Please ensure that all the details, including shipping address and contact information, are accurate to avoid delays. 

2. Shipping Methods We offer standard shipping, express shipping, and international shipping options. Shipping charges will be calculated based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

 3. Delivery Time Domestic Orders: Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days from the shipment date. International Orders: Delivery typically takes 7-21 business days, depending on the destination. Delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions or customs processing. 

4. Shipping Charges Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on the delivery address. Free shipping may be available for orders over a specified amount. Please check our current promotions for any available offers. 

5. Tracking Information Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

 6. Shipping Restrictions We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses. We do not ship certain products to certain countries due to shipping restrictions.

 7. Missing or Damaged Packages If you receive a damaged package, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence of the damage. If your package is missing or delayed, please reach out to our support team. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
