Customers are eligible to request a refund or return under certain conditions:

Any defective products can be returned within 15 days of purchase

Refunds are applicable 15 days under the following conditions:

The product/service was not delivered within 15 days. The product/service is defective or malfunctioning. A cancellation request was made within the allowed cancellation in 15 days. Note: Refunds are not applicable for services/products explicitly marked as non-refundable.

• Step 2: Our team will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3-5 business days.
• Step 3: If approved,  Refund will be credited within 15 days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.

 3. Refund Timeframe Refunds will be credited within 15 business days from the date of approval. The time it takes for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. 

 4. Non-Refundable Items/Services The following are not eligible for a refund:

• Services/products explicitly marked as non-refundable.
